We are also a participating provider for Traditional Medicare, as well as AARP through United Healthcare and Anthem Medicare.

For all other insurances, payment is to be made up front and we will submit claims on your behalf.

We accept cash, personal checks, all major credit cards, and medical savings account cards.  We also offer CareCredit payment plans.
